Overview:

Effective Interactive Communication is more easily said than done. Case in point, if it were true that most people would rather die than give a speech, then speaking with authority without being authoritative especially to "higher-ups" (a.k.a authority figures) would rank a close second to this. You can no longer afford to go without balanced and highly effective communication skills. This would be akin to constructing a building without a strong infrastructure and quality material. It just doesn't make sense.

Ineffective communication skills and strategic blindness translate to a lack of practicality, progress, and satisfactory interactions. How to successfully speak UP in any relationship will address the inner and outer game of communicating and relating with, or "speaking assertively" to anyone.
