Overview:
Through emotional mapping, we are able to elicit emotions in order to learn about our strengths and weaknesses. We learn to leverage weaknesses and vulnerabilities and convert them into an asset.
By doing this, not only do we will achieve balance because we are addressing specific emotional areas such as productivity, but we will also enhance and support the following:
- Overcoming limiting beliefs
- Coping with trauma
- Confidence
- Healing
- Personal Growth
- Self-awareness
- Empowerment
- Unlocking personal code
- Regaining your self-confidence
Additionally, understanding our "emotional floor plan" helps also to see capabilities, and achievements no matter what our past. This is about shifting and rebuilding our mindset.
Emotional Mapping will take you on a journey of recreating your past experiences and re-engineering them for a more advantageous way to see your circumstance or "space" and leveraging and maximizing your experience within it. In other words, how to create new memories.
