In this program, you learn how to give facts and illustrate those facts with a story because facts tell, but stories sell.

The program begins with a tutorial on how stories activate the neurons in the brain and how the brain releases chemicals that make the stories memorable and persuasive.

A good story puts the entire brain to work as you use stories to plant ideas, thoughts, and emotions into the brains of your listener.

Story telling is effective communication. Effective communication inspires others to act and motivates them to adopt your ideas and actions plans.

Why should you Attend: According to neuroscience research, stories affect the neural pathways in the brain in several ways.

Telling a story makes the neurons in your team members’ brains or your manager’s brain to fire in same pattern as yours (called neural-coupling), enhancing the chances they will adopt your ideas.

When you tell a story, many areas of the brain are activated including the motor and sensory cortices as well as the frontal cortex. At a successful resolution and conclusion of the story, the brain releases dopamine, the “feel-good” hormone, increasing the chances they will adopt your way forward or your problem-solving idea.

In this program, you are taught the steps to telling stories that release dopamine into the bodies of your listeners, helping you achieve your objective of influence.

Areas Covered in the Session: Human beings are wired for communicating and learning from stories dating back to Greek mythology and Aesop’s Fables. Why do they capture your attention? Why do they stick in your memory? You’ll discover these secrets and more in the webinar. You will learn how to:
